All Mister Shade fabrics and covers have a minimum 10 year working lifespan.
How long will my shade sail be covered under warranty?
A 12 months warranty on workmanship and 10 years on the fabric. This is a reducing warranty.
Will my shade sail need to be serviced?
Absolutely! Regular maintenance is key to ensuring the longevity and effectiveness of your shade sail. We recommend annual maintenance to keep your installation in top condition.
Does my shade sail need council approval?
Yes, a permit is required for any structure exceeding 10 square meters, as well as adherence to specific boundary regulations, height restrictions, and other considerations based on the structure’s use and location.
